Magdalena Teodorescu is the General Director of Seneca Group International SRL based in Romania. Ms. Teodorescu has more than 14 years experience working in the transportation infrastructure field, with a particular expertise in rail transportation issues.   Ms. Teodorescu is responsible for management and oversight of all Seneca business in Romania. Prior to joining Seneca, Ms. Teodorescu worked for the Transport Research Institute in Bucharest, Romania as the Administrator of Quality Control and Quality Assurance Programs. Ms. Teodorescu was also the Project Coordinator for the Urban Transport Reform Project in Bucharest, a European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) financed program.  Further, while working in Japan, Ms. Teodorescu gained a solid knowledge of the Japanese management systems and practices as well as acquiring a thorough understanding of Japan's management and railway reform activities.  In addition to her native language of Romanian, Ms. Teodorescu is fluent in English, French and Italian. She holds a Bachelor of Physics Engineer from Bucharest University, an Executive MBA from CNAM Paris and an MPhil in Infrastructure Management from YNU-Japan.
