Freight Railroad Acquisition Due Diligence

Seneca provided due diligence support to a private sector bidder for MAV Cargo Zrt. the Hungarian state-owned freight railway transport company. Analysis of operations and commercial aspects was performed, identifying strengths and weaknesses in these areas. Findings were quantified to determine their impacts on the business plan and to support a proper valuation of the company.
