Market Assessment for Intermodal Equipment

Seneca performed a market assessment for RailRunner NA, a developer and manufacturer of innovative road-rail compatible transportation equipment. The assessment included analysis of: the macroeconomic environment for transport of Romania relative to the European networks; Infrastructure and operations of freight transport for Romania relative to the European networks; the legal and regulatory environment for transport and logistics; the intermodal market. A SWOT analysis was performed for providers of intermodal equipment and services, corridor and operations service candidates were identified and recommendations made for strategy and options for market entry.
