Market study for Traffic Control Centers in Romania and Eastern Europe

Seneca provided a private Fortune 500 client with an assessment of the market for railway control centers in Central and Eastern Europe. This study encompassed passenger and freight railways as well as urban rail transit systems in the study countries. Existing signal and control systems were identified and expenditures quantified. Current traffic levels and transport network technical characteristics were identified and growth projected. The desire and capacity of different transport organization to undertake control center projects was identified and financing options assessed.
